These Terms of Use govern your use of the Vitrio mobile application (the "App"). By downloading the App, creating an account or otherwise using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Vitrio processes photographs of vehicles that you upload and produces images with a replaced background and a professional, studio-style appearance. The App also offers editing options such as hiding a licence plate and applying a business logo and brand colour.
Vitrio is not a marketplace, a listing platform or a broker for vehicle sales. How and where you use the resulting images is entirely your responsibility.
You need an account to use the App. You confirm that the information you provide when creating an account is accurate and current. You are responsible for keeping your account and sign-in credentials secure.
The App is intended for people aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, you may not use the App.
Current pack contents and credit amounts are shown on the purchase screen inside the App.
Vitrio offers auto-renewing monthly subscriptions on the following terms:
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Your payment details are handled by Apple and are never shared with us.
Purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com; the decision rests with Apple. We are not able to issue refunds ourselves.
If a purchase is refunded, the corresponding credits may be removed from your account.
The photographs and information you upload remain yours. By uploading them you grant us only the permission needed to process and store them so that we can provide the service. This permission is not used for any other purpose.
You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to every photograph you upload. You agree not to upload images that belong to someone else, that were obtained without permission, or that infringe the rights of third parties.
Vitrio is a presentation tool only. It does not change, inspect or verify the actual condition of a vehicle.
The App itself, its interface, scene templates, design and the Vitrio name and logo belong to the developer and are protected. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from them.
You hold commercial usage rights, within the scope of the plan you purchased, to the output images the App produces from your own photographs.
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will operate without interruption or error, or that it will produce identical results on every device. The quality of image processing depends on the quality, lighting and angle of the photographs you upload.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or issues with third-party service providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of sales or loss of data arising from your use of the App. In any event, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in this section affects consumer rights that cannot be limited by agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may permanently delete your account at any time from within the App at Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible and does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced within the App. The date at the top of this page indicates the version currently in force. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
How your personal data is processed is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over any dispute. Users who qualify as consumers retain their right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
